In celebration of the inherent hues and textures of eggshells, familiar visual cues are deliberately stripped away, leaving behind only the essence. This offers viewers a sense of wonder, as they encounter a form that is both recognizable and yet strangely unfamiliar. Reminiscent of traditional lacquer painting in East Asia, each eggtone holds a distinctive pattern from the spontaneous cracking and fitting of eggshell fragments.
